Graeme McDowell confirms LIV Golf exit
4 Nov 2026
Graeme McDowell has confirmed his departure from LIV Golf, according to Sky Sports Golf and BBC Sport.
Sky Sports Golf reported on 26 October 2026 that McDowell is following the lead of Jon Rahm, Tyrrell Hatton and Ian Poulter, among others, in leaving the league. BBC Sport also reported that the Northern Irish player, a former US Open winner, is the latest major champion to exit LIV Golf.
The reports place McDowell among a growing group of established names to move away from the circuit as players continue to reshape their professional schedules.
